Mercedes-Benz recalls several E-Class and M-Class models in the USA
This week, Mercedes-Benz has initiated recalling procedures for two of its model series in the U.S. . Beginning with September 2011, exactly 136,571 models under the M-Class and ML 55 AMG ranges produced between 2000 and 2004 are targeted for technical inspection as, in certain situations, the cruise control system may not deactivate after the brake pedal is pressed. Clients affected by this recall are invited to find more details by calling at 1-800-367-6372. On the other side, during this month, a number of 41 E-Class sedan and estate variants assembled between 8th and 12th July 2010 are expected to reach the authorized MBUSA service stations for a free-of-charge replacement of a faulty part inside the vibration damper.
